
Our Card/Announcement Design Process
| Gathering |
Once we have given you your quote and get the approval from you to proceed, we start the gathering stage. In this stage we collaborate with you to obtain all the details related to your design. This ensures that there is a common understanding of the objectives for your card/announcement. |
| 1st Draft |
After all the requirements have been gathered, the designers will create the first draft of your card/announcement. This draft is submitted to you for review. We would like your feedback to revise and finalize your design. |
| Finalize |
The final draft is the result of consecutive revisions, and you give us approval that your specifications have been incorporated into the card/announcement. Our designers will finish your card/announcement with the correct sizing for printing. |
| Send Off |
Once everything has been incorporated to the final card/announcement we sign off on it and send you your copy; we can send a CD, email it, or send it directly to your printer so it can be printed (you must have already set this up with your printer). Unfortunately at this time we do not offer printing. |
| Pricing varies from card/announcement to card/announcement, we go by number of photos, number of embellishments, sizing, and content then we give you your quote. This is subject to change once we get into the gathering and revision stage because everything is more specific. |
